After activation, the final policy will apply according to statutory cooling-off or cancellation requirements and actual usage. Publishing the exact window before checkout is a launch requirement.

You may cancel before a reviewer is assigned. After assignment or work begins, completed work is normally non-refundable except in cases of verified service failure.
