AvsarGo processes only the minimum profile data required for eligibility checks, vacancy tracking and user-approved autofill previews.
What we collect
Name, date of birth, contact details, address, category/reservation readiness, education, employment history, exam preferences, tracked applications, alert preferences and payment-order status. We do not collect Aadhaar documents, government-portal passwords, OTPs, CAPTCHA answers, card/UPI credentials or final declarations.
Why we use it
We use this data for profile-based eligibility, repeat-field mapping, application tracking, alerts, support, fraud prevention and legally required payment records. Sensitive candidate data will not be sold to create unrelated advertising profiles.
Storage and access
Structured records are stored in a protected database. The desktop extension keeps its profile copy in local extension storage in the user's browser. Staff access should be role-based and audit-logged; production encryption, retention and incident-response reviews are mandatory before public launch.
Your controls
You can export your data or request deletion from the profile screen. Payment records required for legal or tax purposes may be retained for a limited period; the exact retention schedule will be published after final legal review.
Third parties
Official recruitment portals, a selected payment gateway, email/push delivery providers and hosting/database services may be involved in the workflow. Data submitted on a government portal is governed by that portal's own privacy policy.
Contact
The verified business name, grievance officer, postal address and support email must be published here before the production launch gate is approved.
